Skills for a Career with Homeloans Plus

To be a successful mortgage broker you will need the following attributes:

The minimum qualification required is the Diploma of Financial Services, we would also be looking for :-

Excellent communication skills
Reliability and commitment to Homeloans Plus and your customers
Computer literacy
Willingness to work as part of a team
Desire to keep up to date with Industry training
Able to work outside of normal business hours

Training

Homeloans Plus provides training for all staff when they commence employment. Induction training includes 'inhouse' and on the job sessions, system training and sales techniques. New staff may also attend external courses when available.
