Homeloans Plus handles personal and sensitive information on a daily basis and recognises and acknowledges that your privacy is important to you.
Homeloans Plus is committed to protecting your privacy and we support the National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act (2000) and also comply with the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia Code of Practice.
By personal iand sensitive information we mean information necessary to access your loan application or manage your loan facility. Providing this information to Homeloans Plus is not compulsory but if not supplied it may not be possible to process an application or provide service in the management of your loan.
The information that you provide may be disclosed to other parties, at our discretion, in order to provide the facility. These parties generally may include Lenders, Mortgage Insurers, Valuers,Conveyancers, Solicitors, Credit Reporting Agencies, Real Estate Agents, Builders and Homeloans Plus lending consultants, managers and agents.
At Homeloans Plus we take all resonable steps to protect your information by providing secure storage of our physical files and computer safeguards to limit access only to authorised Homeloans Plus employees. We also require all employees to maintain the confidentiality of customer information.

We will advise you who will investigate your complaint and when you can expect an outcome. Our aim is to resolve all complaints within 2 working days.
